Barcelona football tickets FAQ. Seats, delivery, stadium tours, hotels and guarantee.
Please browse the FAQ below and do not hesitate to contact us if you can’t find the answer you're looking for or require further information.
Do you guarantee that my tickets will be seated together?
The tickets are usually grouped together however for very big games seats can be apart but are located nearby each other.
Why is the kick off time confirmed so late?
Due to television rights and Champion league commitments the time and date of the match are only decided by the Spanish League a week before the game takes place, at which point you will receive an email with full details of the kick off. If the Barcelona or Español game is on a Saturday kickoff will usually be between 20:00 and 22:00 or 17.00 to 21:00 if on a Sunday.
Why can’t you send tickets to my home address?
We can’t offer this service due to the fact that FC Barcelona only releases the tickets for the game a few days before the match. This is why we offer the service of leaving the tickets at your hotel for you to pick up on arrival or receiving them personally once you arrive in Barcelona.
Can I take the Barcelona or Español Stadium Tour?
The Nou Camp stadium tour is open Monday-Saturday from 6th April – 4th October 10.00 to 20.00 hours and on Sunday mornings. Outside with these dates best to consult us.
When are fixture dates released for the following season?
The fixtures are normally made at the beginning of July so if you definitely want to catch a game then book your flights around this time once the dates are confirmed.
